Here’s a clear guide on transport options from both KLIA Terminal 1 (KLIA1) and Terminal 2 (KLIA2) to:
PARKROYAL Hotel A’Famosa Resort
The hotel is located next to the A’Famosa Water Theme Park in Alor Gajah, Malaysia — about 93 km south of Kuala Lumpur International Airport. This hotel is part of A’ Famosa Resort, a large family resort with water park and safari attractions.
🚗 1. Taxi / Private Car Direct from Airport
Best for: Comfort, convenience, door-to-door
From KLIA1 & KLIA2:
* Private taxi or e-hailing (Grab): ~RM150 - RM190+ one-way.
* Travel time: ~1 h 10 min – 1 h 30 min (traffic dependent).
Notes:
You can book via Grab app outside arrivals at both terminals. Download Grab app (purchase local Malaysian SIM card at Airport). Grab may be the cheapest option as it follows dynamic pricing.
KLIA 1 and KLIA 2 - This is the Taxi booth that offers you the best fixed rates.
(All the other booths are hotel-sponsored and will charge you double the normal rate.)

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Do not talk to touts.
Avoid them and do not ask them anything. They can get aggressive if you talk to them and later decline.
Our Terminals are signs posted and you will not get lost.

🚗 2. Bus from Airport to Resort
​
If there are sufficient participants wanting to take a bus (own cost), we shall try and arrange a bus from KLIA to the resort at a common time between 10 and 11 am. This bus will serve all participants coming into KLIA from 6.30 am till 9.30 am. ​​

2. Baggage.
3. Customs.
4. Airport Taxi Booth.
Pay and collect your coupon and move to the Taxi Bays just outside the Terminal building.
